Who I Am and What I Do
About Me
I am a member of the leading massage association Institute of sport and remedial massage (ISRM) after achieving a level 5 BTECH diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage therapy at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM).
Prior to my training at LSSM I was training to be a dancer at The Urdang Academy in London. During my time there I developed a good understanding of how the body works and the best way to recover after an injury.

I have been lucky enough to work with triathletes, hikers, runners and cyclists all prior, during and post training. I also treat the once in a while jogger or those who have physically demanding jobs as well as the not so physically demanding job, but the jobs that come with high levels of emotional and postural stress.

The techniques i use within my treatments include soft tissue release, neuromuscular technique, muscle energy technique, positional release, myofascial release and the use of fascial movement taping. I am also able to offer remedial advice when needed. I have experience working with office workers suffering from neck and shoulder issues, athletes preparing for and recovering from competition, sports injuries or conditions such as frozen shoulder and nerve inpingement.

I will work with you and your body to create a bespoke treatment.
